01 / Who controls the data

Boxed Matrix is operated by the owner of boxedmatrix.com, who acts as data controller for information processed through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@boxedmatrix.com.

02 / What the site processes

Boxed Matrix does not run advertising, profile visitors, or use analytics. When you request a page, ordinary connection and security metadata—such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent and diagnostic information—may be processed automatically to deliver and protect the service.

For authorized users of the restricted Manager and Matrix areas, the service also processes the shared account identifier, display name, role, temporary session identifier, access timestamps and actions recorded in the audit trail. Passwords remain with the shared identity service and are not stored by Boxed Matrix.

The public data-source matrix describes third-party datasets and APIs. It is separate from visitor data and is not used to profile website visitors.

03 / Why and on what basis

Connection and authorized-account data are processed only to provide the site and restricted tools, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, preserve accountability and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a service requested by the user, the controller's legitimate interest in secure operations, and compliance with applicable law.

04 / Infrastructure and recipients

The site is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical request data as an infrastructure and security provider. Boxed Matrix does not sell visitor data or disclose it for advertising.

05 / Retention and transfers

Technical and account information is retained only for as long as necessary for delivery, diagnostics, security, auditability and applicable legal requirements, according to service configuration and provider controls. Where processing involves countries outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards are used.

06 / Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Contact privacy@boxedmatrix.com to exercise a right.

07 / Changes

This notice may evolve with the matrix. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date.
