01 / Zero tracking cookies

Boxed Matrix does not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media cookies.

02 / Restricted-area session

After an authorized Manager or Matrix login, Boxed Matrix installs the strictly necessary, secure and HTTP-only cookie __Secure-boxedmatrix_manager. It contains a random temporary session token, expires after 12 hours and is used only to protect the restricted areas. A short-lived functional return cookie may be used during the login redirect and is immediately removed after the exchange.

03 / Local notice preference

After you close the policy notice, the browser stores one functional value in local storage under boxedmatrix.policy_notice. It contains only the notice version (2026-09-11), is not a cookie and is not transmitted to Boxed Matrix with page requests.

You can remove this value through your browser settings or reopen the notice using “Policy settings” in the footer.
